Scope of Work

This section outlines the specific services and deliverables that WGNR will provide to Community Connections Transportations as part of our collaboration. Brand/Corporate Identity (Essential Package) - New Master Brand

This will be the master brand over sub-brands, CCT, STAR, and Homecare.• Master brand development (voice, tone, values) • Brand positioning statement • Logo design (up to 3 grayscale concepts + final files in all formats) • Color palette • Simple style guide (logo, colors, typography basics) • Up to 2 rounds of revisions included; additional revisions billed at $150 per hour

Brand Nomenclature (Essential Package) - New Master Brand

This will be the master brand over sub-brands, CCT, STAR, and Homecare.Research and development of brand name and tagline options.• Up to 5 name options • Up to 5 tagline options • Comprehensive research and analysis (e.g., competitor analysis, market research, USPTO search, domain name availability) • Creative ideation • Rationale for and meaning of name and tagline options • Up to 2 rounds of revisions included; additional revisions billed at $150 per hour

Product/Service Line Brand Identity System (Essential Package)

Development of a brand identity system for up to 4 product/service lines. The goal is to create distinct, cohesive, and market-ready visual and verbal assets that strengthen the overall brand architecture and resonate with the target audience.Includes: • Naming Development: Basic research and ideation for up to 4 names • Logo Design: Up to 3 initial logo designs per product/service line, prepared in grayscale • Master Brand Alignment: Basic alignment with master brand • Deliverables: Final logo files in standard formats (CMYK, RGB, Color, B&W, PNG, JPG) • Revisions: Up to 2 rounds included; additional revisions billed at $150 per hour • Additional Service Lines: $1,500 per additional line

Customer Testimonial Video Production Package

Includes: ** Pre-Production & Logistics Planning ** - Client Kick-off Meeting: Initial meeting to discuss project objectives, review plan options, and align on expectations. - Location Scouting and Planning: Identification and assessment of potential shoot locations to ensure suitability for filming. - Interview Questions Development: Crafting tailored interview questions to elicit impactful testimonials. - Staging Options: Evaluation and selection of staging setups at confirmed location(s) to enhance visual appeal. - Site Visits: Conducting visits to potential shoot locations to finalize logistics and ensure readiness. - Props Acquisition: Sourcing and obtaining necessary props to support the storytelling.** Production ** - Half Day Shoot Off-Site: Up to 4 hours of on-location filming. - Equipment Setup: - Cameras: Use of two cameras (Canon EOS 60D and Canon EOS 80D) for diverse shot angles. - Crew: Executive Producer/Director of Photography (DP) and a second camera operator. - Technical Gear: Comprehensive setup including cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, stands, lighting, and cabling. - B-Roll Capture: Filming supplementary footage to enrich the primary content.** Post-Production ** - Note: Post-production services such as color grading, chroma keying, motion graphics, audio editing, and retouching are not included in this package and will be estimated separately after the shoot day.** Additional Considerations ** - Contingency Plan: Preparedness for weather-related or unforeseen disruptions, with backup dates and locations identified. - Deliverables: Final video length and format to be determined in consultation with the client.

Introduction

This document outlines the agreement between WGNR, LLC ("Agency") and you ("Client") for the provision of the associated services. It details the obligations of both parties concerning the delivery of services, materials, and goods.

Proposal Validity and Estimate

Estimates and project specifics provided herein reflect our mutual understanding at the time of proposal preparation. Given the collaborative and dynamic nature of the work proposed by Agency, these estimates are subject to refinement. Client will be informed of any significant adjustments. This proposal, including Terms and Conditions, remains valid for 30 days from issuance.

Scope of Services

Agency commits to delivering the work as proposed, including all preparatory and follow-up activities as agreed. Requests for additional services outside the original scope will be subject to separate charges and agreements.

Project Timeline

The delivery schedule for the work will align with the timeline outlined in this proposal or as mutually agreed in subsequent communications.

Modifications and Adjustments

Any changes requested by Client affecting the service scope, deliverables, or timeline will require written confirmation from Agency. Adjustments may result in additional fees, for which Client agrees to be responsible.

Payment Terms

Payment for the services is due upon acceptance of this proposal. Full payment secures Client's rights to the finished work and associated deliverables. Agency retains ownership of materials and goods until payment is fully processed.

Accepted Payment Methods

Agency accepts payment via check, credit/debit cards, or ACH transfers. Secure electronic payment is powered by Stripe.

Taxes

Client bears responsibility for all applicable taxes. Tax-exempt status will be honored upon presentation of a valid exemption certificate.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and County of Orange. Disputes arising from this agreement will be settled through arbitration per the American Arbitration Association's rules.

Confidentiality

Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Agency's liability is limited to the value of services and deliverables provided under this agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice only upon a material breach of terms by the other party.

Entire Agreement

This proposal constitutes the entire agreement between Agency and Client concerning, superseding all prior communications.
