Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing marketing campaigns and projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with WGNR’s mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and timelines.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and technical staff, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
    • Manage resources effectively to ensure project goals are met.
  2. Client Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
    • Gather and interpret client requirements, translating them into actionable tasks for the team.
    • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  3. Execution and Monitoring:
    • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Implement and maintain project management tools and methodologies to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
  4. Quality Control:
    • Ensure all deliverables meet WGNR’s high standards of quality and align with the client’s brand and objectives.
    • Conduct thorough reviews of all project outputs before client delivery.
  5. Risk Management:
    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Resolve any issues or roadblocks promptly to keep projects on track.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and present project reports and documentation to internal teams and clients.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
